Teamsters Local 237 hosted a forum with New York State's 2010 political candidates in Midtown on Saturday.
Incumbents and challengers for U.S. Senate, state comptroller and attorney general addressed the members of the union and answered their questions at the Hilton in Midtown.
"The reason we're having this forum is so that our membership can see those who are running for state office, to ask them questions, to see what there agendas are, what their purposes are for running and if they would be the right persons running for office for our endorsements," said Local 237 President Gregory Floyd.
All five Democratic attorney general candidates -- Richard Brodsky, Sean Coffey, Eric Dinallo, Kathleen Rice and Eric Schneiderman -- appeared for the first time on stage together.
Senator Charles Schumer and State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli also addressed the forum, which was moderated by Daily News columnist and frequent "Inside City Hall" roundtable panelist Errol Louis.
Local 237 represents more than 20,000 city employees.
