Police are asking for help as they search for three missing people, all of whom they say are suffering from mental issues.

Cops say 16-year-old Jake Seaton suffers from depression.

He was last seen yesterday afternoon at his home on East 33rd Street in Manhattan.

He was wearing a blue sweatshirt and carrying an orange bag.

Police say 20-year-old Tishin Vladislav also suffers from depression.

He was last seen on Saunders Street in Rego Park, Queens just after midnight Wednesday morning.

He was wearing a black leather jacket and carrying a black backpack.

And police say 53-year-old Balbina Castillo suffers from schizophrenia.

Police say she walked out of a community treatment program on White Plains Road in the Bronx last Friday.
