Police say a second person has been arrested in connection with the attack on two police lieutenants on the Brooklyn Bridge.

Police say they conducted a search warrant before arresting the person on Friday morning.

The first person arrested, Robert Murray, has already arraigned on charges stemming from the protest last weekend.

He turned himself in Thursday morning.

The charges against Murray incldue two counts of assault on a police officer, inciting to riot, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.

Murray is a staff member of the union 32BJ SEIU and is now on unpaid leave.

Police are still looking for five people.

Police say they interfered with the arrest of Eric Linsker, who police say threw two trash cans at police and was about to throw a third when the lieutenants intervened.

One of those lieutenants suffered a broken nose. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
