A Manhattan federal grand jury handed up a 10 count indictment Thursday against accused Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad.
Shahzad, 30, faces terrorism and weapons charges including attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction for the botched bomb attack on May 1st.
Thursday's indictment adds five charges to the original case.
Investigators say Shahzad left an SUV loaded with explosives parked on 46th Street.
The indictment alleges that he received terror training in Waziristan and got help from the Pakistani Taliban.
Shahzad is a naturalized citizen who was born in Pakistan.
He faces life in prison on the most serious charges.
