City advocates are calling on the government to pass legislation for all those affected by the aftermath of the September 11th attacks.

A new survey found many responders and residents are suffering from illnesses not recognized as related to the attacks, such as headaches, memory loss and cardiac problems.

The report also found only five percent of people surveyed say they have fully recovered from the exposure and more than one third say they've seen no improvement in health.

The report was released by 9/11 Environmental Action and the Beyond Ground Zero Network. The groups are calling on Congress and the president to pass the Comprehensive 9/11 Health Legislation that would provide more treatment options.

The report comes just two weeks after three World Trade Center responders passed away within days of each other.
