Time is running out for a civil rights lawyer convicted in a terrorism case more than four years ago.
A federal appeals court judge ordered Lynne Stewart, 70, seen above center, to report to prison by 5 p.m. today to begin serving her 28-month sentence.
Stewart was convicted in 2005 of helping a client who was convicted in a plot to blow up city landmarks.
The judge is also considering if Stewart's sentence is too lenient because Stewart might have perjured herself during the trial.
Stewart maintains she is innocent and says she's disappointed in the decision.
