The jury for John "Junior" Gotti's racketeering trial is going home for the weekend.
This comes after there were indications Thursday the trial could be headed for a hung jury, which is just how his other three trials ended.
Jurors told the judge they cannot reach a verdict.
At first, the judge ordered them to keep deliberating.
Gotti is facing racketeering and murder charges, however, he maintains his innocence, contending he quit the mob more than a decade ago.
Gotti faces life in prison if convicted.
Deliberations will resume Monday.
