An Oscar-winning songwriter already accused of sexually assaulting 11 woman in his Manhattan apartment could be facing more charges.

After learning of "additional victims," prosecutors say they will ask a grand jury to add more charges against Joseph Brooks.

A judge said yesterday the current charges alone will require separate trials for two incidents that don't fit with the other nine.

The 71-year-old composer is charged with raping women between 2005 and 2008. Prosecutors say he lured the women to his Upper East Side apartment by putting ads for movie auditions on Craigslist, then sexually assaulted the alleged victims after offering them drugged wine.

He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Brooks, who won an Academy Award in 1978 for the song "You Light Up My Life," faces up to 25 years in prison on the current charges.
