Antique lovers are looking to buy a piece of history this weekend at the ninth-annual American Antiques Show in Chelsea.

This year's show features pieces dating as far back as the 17th century.

The collection includes Tiffany lamps, trade signs, furniture, flags, toys and Native American art.

Prices range from $150 to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

More than 40 dealers are taking part in the event.

"I mean that's what I spend my day doing, looking for things, and people know what I'm interested in and every time I sell something it sort of enables me to buy more," said antiques dealer Steve Powers.

"We have dealers from all over the country from California, New England, Pennsylvania, the Midwest and some from right here in New York City," said event co-chair Elizabeth Warren. "So there's American all over, we bring them in, they all want to show here with other Americana dealers."

Money from the show's fees and opening night fundraiser will benefit the American Folk Art Museum.

The show continues on Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m.
