A live, naked woman in the window of a Greenwich Village art gallery is turning quite a few heads.

It's part of an installation by artist Brian Reed.

The woman is covered by a net made out of shark eggs, beads and clay pipes.

Reed says the piece is about life and interconnectedness and those walking by didn't seem to mind.

"I don't know if I'm artistically evolved enough to appreciate it but its definitely interesting," said one passerby.

"I love it. It's the artist self expression that makes it so important if you're the type of person who doesn't like nudity don't look," said another.

The piece is selling for $30,000 -- naked lady not included.
