A bicyclist suffered two broken legs Thursday after being hit by a towed vehicle in Chelsea.
Witnesses say the man was locking up his bicycle in front of a movie theater when a truck that was being towed came undone and rolled onto the sidewalk.
"The bike is stuck under there, but you know he was, it literally went right clearly over him, so he was on the back side of the truck just lying on the curb," said one witness.
The man was transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital.
