Police have found the body of the missing woman believed to have fallen into the Harlem River during a late-night party over the weekend.
Investigators say they found a 20-year-old woman, unconscious and unresponsive Wednesday in the river near the Morris Heights section of the Bronx.
She has been identified as Anjelina Wills.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The body's discovery comes three days after witnesses say they saw a woman fall through a hole in a fence under the 145th Street Bridge and into the Harlem River.
Her mother and grandmother say Anjelina was in college studying to be a chef. They say they're concerned about how easy it was for her to get down by the water where she slipped.
"If it doesn't bring Anjie back, at least make it safer for somebody else's child because this is my daughter's only child," said Wills' grandmother, Patricia Tyler-Owens.
Three men jumped in after her trying to rescue her, but they themselves had to be saved.
