Police Seek East Harlem Shooting Suspect

Police need help finding the man who opened fire on a car in Manhattan with people inside.
Authorities released surveillance video of the suspect running from the scene of the East Harlem shooting on Wednesday afternoon.
They say he fired a silver gun at a Honda Civic on Second Avenue near 110th Street, hitting the windshield and passenger door.
Three people were in the vehicle, including two teenagers, but no one was harmed.
The suspect is described as in his late teens or early 20s.
He was wearing a black jacket with white stripes on the sleeves, blue jeans and black sneakers.
