Some homeless teenagers are getting a chance to be the belle of the ball.
Dozens of teenaged girls living in shelters got a chance to pick out dresses, shoes and accessories for their upcoming proms Thursday at the 3rd annual Tommy Hilfiger Corporate Foundation Prom Event in Chelsea.
"They made sure that we found dresses that we liked and they helped us through the whole process," said one participant.
"I'm just thankful and grateful these ladies were really good with my daughter, they knew exactly what she wanted when I didn't, so I really thank them," said another participant.
All of the items were donated by Tommy Hilfiger stores and their employees.
