The Kennedy family is set to hold a funeral Saturday for Mary Richardson Kennedy, who hanged herself earlier this week.
Her estranged husband, Robert Kennedy Jr., hosted her wake yesterday at the family's home in Bedford, New York.
Hours before the wake, the Richardson and Kennedy families squared off in court.
While details of the legal dispute were sealed by a judge, the families had been planning separate memorials for the 52-year-old.
The Kennedy family plans to bury her in Massachusetts after the funeral.
The Richardsons are planning a private memorial service in Manhattan.
