The Manhattan teacher allegedly caught on camera kissing one of her students has been removed from the classroom.

School Chancellor Dennis Walcott says global studies teacher Julie Warning was reassigned after The New York Post published picture it said showed her and an 18-year-old student from the Manhattan Theatre Lab High School.

Walcott says even though the student is 18 the behavior is still against the rules.

"He's still a student, no matter the age. It doesn't matter his age, he's still a student under our care. And so if you're a teacher, you cannot touch a student, you cannot have an improper relationship, no matter what the age," Walcott said.

Warning denies it was her in the picture, telling the paper she was camping with friends at the time.
