After he denounced the Supreme Court's health care decision in Washington, Mitt Romney attended a fundraiser for his presidential campaign with Donald Trump at Manhattan’s Pierre Hotel Thursday night.
Thursday's Supreme Court ruling triggered a spike in donations.
Protestors focused on health care and abortion rights and greeted the republican presidential candidate outside the hotel.
"Mitt Romney has made it clear he's willing to turn his back on not only pro-choice values shared by so many New Yorkers and America but, in fact, he would deny access to affordable health care to woman most in need," said Andrea Miller of NARAL Pro-Choice NY.
Romney has reportedly held at least six fundraisers in the city since the beginning of 2012.
