With the Fourth of July just days away, police are giving New Yorkers a chance to give up any illegal fireworks to keep the holiday safe.
The NYPD is joining forces with the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office Saturday for a fireworks amnesty day.
Anyone with illegal fireworks can turn them in at the 62nd Precinct in Bath Beach, no questions asked.
No charges will be filed and all fireworks will be accepted.
The 62nd Precinct station house is at 1925 Bath Avenue.
The program runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
