Police arrested and charged a Brooklyn man in connection with a string of sexual assaults in Manhattan earlier this year.
Authorities say Paul Kraft, 32, is charged with unlawful surveillance, forcible touching and sexual abuse.
He was taken into custody last Tuesday on a Crime Stoppers tip.
Authorities suspect Kraft is the "well-dressed groper" who would approach women from behind, grab them and run away.
They say he also attempted to record video under a woman's skirt using a cellphone camera.
Kraft is the second man arrested and charged in this case.
In June, police brought in another man in connection with the incidents, but charges against him were eventually dropped.
