Some local officials want to make sure ticket money from a big benefit concert actually goes to recovery efforts.

Some tickets to the 12.12.12 concert are being resold online, with asking prices in the tens of thousands of dollars.

That caught the attention of officials, including Senator Charles Schumer.

Schumer is urging ticket resale websites to block sales for prices higher than purchase value, or to make it mandatory for profits to go to charity.

Stubhub now says it will donate all of its service fees and commissions, but would only say sellers have the option of donating their proceeds.

State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is calling on Stubhub to give consumers a clearer understanding of how ticket sales will benefit charity.

The concert features a superstar lineup, including Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen and now, the Rolling Stones.
