Police say they don't expect any criminal charges to be filed in connection with a Brooklyn car accident that killed one and injured seven others Saturday afternoon.

Investigators say an Acura MDX collided with a Jeep Cherokee at the intersection of Quentin Road and West Fifth Avenue in Bensonhurst around 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

The crash sent the Acura up on the sidewalk, where it hit four pedestrians.

One of them, Chenugor Dao, 60, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Three others, including a 1-year-old girl, were taken to the hospital for their injuries.

Police say the three other pedestrians were family members of the woman who was killed.

All four people in the Jeep were also taken to the hospital, including a 21-year-old man in critical condition.

The Acura driver refused medical attention.
