Police are looking for help locating a missing man with dementia in Manhattan.
Ramon Soto, 80, was last seen Sunday inside his Inwood apartment on Sherman Avenue.
He is described as 5'3" tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.
Soto was last seen wearing a gray jacket and blue jeans.
