Police are investigating an alleged attempted sexual assault in a Manhattan park.
Officers say it happened Thursday morning in East River Park near the intersections of the FDR Drive and Delancey Street.
A woman told police a man knocked her down from behind and tried to remove her pants.
He ran away when she screamed.
