Police in Brooklyn are looking for the person responsible for robbing and killing a Long Island man on Wednesday night.

Investigators say Jesus Morales was found on 18th Street in Park Slope.

Police say a man wearing a ski mask took Morales' wallet and jewelry, and then Morales apparently hit his head on the pavement after the robber shoved him to the ground.

The 67-year-old travel agent was pronounced dead at Lutheran Medical Center.

"We have a witness who hears a thump. She turns and she sees the victim on the ground and sees the suspect with his mask off somewhat. Putting the mask back on, he tells her to turn around," said Police Commissioner Ray Kelly. "Two other witnesses see this individual running."

Authorities released a photo of Morales' wedding band, which police say was stolen from him.
