Three construction workers have been banned from the World Trade Center site after being charged with dealing drugs to co-workers.

34-year-old Brian McDermott, 30-year-old John Fama and 25-year-old Cesar Rivera were all arraigned.

Rivera pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana and was given a $100 fine.

Police allege that the other two men were also caught with other drugs.

They say McDermott was caught with cocaine and oxycontin.

Those two men face more serious charges.

Investigators say undercover officers made several drug buys during a sting operation that lasted seven months.

The defendants are due back in court in May.
