A woman walking on a Manhattan street was killed early Sunday morning after she was hit by a taxi that spun out of control after colliding with another car.

The incident happened at approximately 1:45 a.m. on 27th Street and Third Avenue in Kips Bay.

Police say a taxi was driving north on Third Avenue when a Honda pulled out of a parking space and hit the cab.

The woman, believed to be in her 50s or 60s, was struck by the cab and taken to Bellevue Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Neither driver will face criminal charges.
