Three men were stabbed and received non-life-threatening wounds on a subway platform in the Jamaica section of Queens on Monday afternoon.

Police say the multiple stabbing took place on the northbound platform on the J line in the Jamaica Center-Parsons Archer station around 3:30 p.m. following a dispute between two groups of men.

Two victims who were stabbed in the stomach and a third who was stabbed in the leg were brought to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center according to police.

Northbound J subway trains and several local bus lines were delayed for several hours but their normal service resumed by Monday night.

By late Monday, it was not certain whether any suspects were in police custody. Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
