NEW YORK - The Grammy Awards are back in the city next year but after that they're heading back to the West Coast.
The Recording Academy will celebrate the Grammys' 60th anniversary by holding the show at Madison Square Garden in January.
It's the first time the awards are being handed out in New York in 15 years.
But the Academy just signed a deal to bring the Grammys to the Staples Center in Los Angeles for four years starting in 2019.
Nominations for the 2018 awards will be announced in November.
