A vintage store in Brooklyn is making sure giving back to the community never goes out of style.

The Dusty Rose Clothing Store kicked off its first ever market for a charity event at the Brooklyn Bazaar in Greenpoint on Sunday afternoon.

With over 20 vendors, shoppers were able to buy items with some of the proceeds going to the event's charity of choice.

This time, Planned Parenthood was selected to be the beneficiary.

Volunteers said they were happy to see local businesses and community members show up to support the non-profit.

"It touches my heart to show how compassionate and caring people are and how caring New York is. We care about each other. We're such a diverse community," said Laura Matthei, a volunteer at Planned Parenthood.

Organizers hope to spread the money raised by changing the charity for the next market they host.
