NEW YORK - Four people were hurt after a city truck collided with a car on Manhattan's East Side early Wednesday morning.
One person is in critical condition.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. at 34th Street and Third Avenue.
Police say a Honda Civic was speeding up Third and may have blown past a red light.
That put it in the path of a Department of Transportation truck.
They collided, pushing the Civic into a nearby taxi.
One of the Honda's passengers was badly injured.
The other three that were hurt are expected to be okay.
