Drama in the courtroom for the Cal Harris murder trial, Tuesday with very little movement in the case. Harris is accused of killing his wife in 2001. Tamara Lindstrom has the latest.

SCHOHARIE, N.Y. -- Attorneys in Cal Harris' murder trial spent much of the day Tuesday arguing with one another and shouting at the judge.

At the center of the debate was an expert witness for the prosecution, Henry Lee.

Lee is set to testify about the blood spatter found in the Harris home, which the prosecution believes belongs to Michele Harris and was the result of Cal Harris hitting his wife.

Lee actually has his own television show and has testified in some very high profile cases, including the O.J. Simpson case and JonBenet Ramsey.

The prosecution wanted to call him as a witness out of order, because they said he had to be out of the country.

Instead they were set to tape his testimony and play it at a later date, but the defense argued against that saying Lee only only needed to be out of the state and they did not feel it was necessary to accommodate him.

At the end of the day, the jury heard just minimal testimony from Forensic Investigator Steve Anderson who has now been on the stand for parts of multiple days.

Testimony will resume Wednesday afternoon when Lee will take the stand.
